DELIVERY

- When will my shipment be delivered?
You should expect your package to arrive within 3 to 5 days after receiving your order confirmation, unless otherwise instructed. Machja ships your order using Coliposte International (French postal service).

- Can I track my shipment?
Yes. After your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and other information on your order.

- Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.


REIMBURSEMENT

- I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I be reimbursed?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Machja will reimburse you. The reimbursement process is very easy! Upon receiving your order, you have seven days to return your un-washed, un-worn items in their original packaging. You should expect your refund within twenty days upon the receipt of your returned items.

ATTENTION !: Any return of goods must be completed within 7 days following delivery.
Reimbursement or exchange will not be possible after this date.
You will be responsible for additional return shipping fees.



EXCHANGE

- I would like to exchange my items for another color or size. What can I do?
If you would like to exchange your purchase purchase, Machja will be happy to help. The exchange process is very easy! Upon receiving your order, you have seven (7) days to return your un-washed, un-worn items in their original packaging. After receiving your items to be exchanged, we will process the new order within 48 hours (depending on availability of stock).
Please let us know, prior to sending, that you are returning a product, so that we can make proper arrangements and make sure we have the product you want.

ATTENTION !: Any return of goods must be completed within 7 days following delivery.
Reimbursement or exchange will not be possible after this date.
Goods are returned and exchanged to Machja at your own expense. However new delivery charges for the exchange goods are free. Please note that we cannot be held liable for goods that do not reach us.
